Savory Golden Turmeric Breakfast Waffles

Serving Size: 6 medium sized waffles
Time: 15 minutes total
3 cups of uncooked, shredded sweet potatoes
4 eggs, scrambled
3 tbsp coconut flour
½ cup cheese (optional, if you’re DF!)
½ cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped spinach
½ tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp Live 24k Golden Fuel
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Heat your waffle iron according to its directions.
2. Once preheated, make a small ball of your sweet potato mix and press it into the center of the iron. Cook a little longer after the waffle iron dings, and you’re good to go!
3. Serve with a fried egg, bacon, avocado, or any other breakfast favorite.
