Golden Overnight Oats

There's nothing we love more than simplified health. After all, that was one of our goals when creating Live 24k-- to make healthy habits accessible.

So overnight oats is always on our rotating roster of favorite breakfasts. It takes less than 5 minutes to assemble the night before, and then you have a nutrient-dense breakfast already ready for you in the fridge in the morning.

And by adding our Golden Fuel™ in there? Hello extra amino acids, protein, and anti-inflammatory goodness to have you feeling good all day long. Now, that's what we call #winning. 

INGREDIENTS
makes 2 servings

1 cup Unsweetened Milk/Mylk of your choice
1cup Yogurt (almond, coconut, dairy, your preference)
2/3 cup Organic Raw Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tsp Golden Fuel™


RECIPE

  1. Add all dry ingredients (oats, chia seeds, Golden Fuel™) in a sealable glass jar and stir to combine.
  2. Pour milk/mylk into jar and stir until Golden Fuel™ is fully dissolved and all ingredients are well mixed. Add yogurt and stir to combine.
  3. Close jar and leave in fridge overnight for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! Top with any seeds, nuts, or fruits you desire.
