, created this super simple and speedy Golden Pancake recipe that we just had to share. It's packed with just the right amount of healthy fats and protein from the almond meal and egg, supercharged by our Golden Fuel

Golden Fuel Pancakes (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free) by @eastcoasthealth
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup raw rolled oats
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil + more for greasing pan
1-2 tsp Live 24k Golden Fuel
Pinch of Salt
Optional: sweeten with maple syrup or honey
1. Heat up a griddle / pan over medium heat and grease with coconut oil.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pour batter onto griddle in whatever size pancakes desired. Cook until surface of pancake is not liquid-y, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Plate and serve!
