One of our amazing golden girls, Shannon of @fitstrongshann, created this deliciously easy Golden Fuel Coconut Granola Bites recipe to fuel you on the go throughout a busy work week. It's packed with healthy fats and supercharged by our Golden Fuel. It's also a great party snack!

Golden Fuel Coconut Granola Bites by @fitstrongshann

1 cup nuts of choice (I've done almonds and the nut pulp from almonds)
1 cup of your favorite granola (I did the 'Whole Me' almond coconut granola)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp nut butter or coconut oil (optional)
Splash of vanilla
2-3 tsp Live 24k Golden Fuel
1-2 tsp cinnamon

1. Blend all together in a food processor until combined thoroughly, shape bite-sized balls in your hands, then roll into coconut and enjoy!
